Course participants will be exposed to the proper methodology used to analyze and prevent application errors.  In this course, participants will follow the repair process in order to know where risks for errors can be met.  Afterwards, you will be confronted with errors met in practice and have to judge when and where these errors have originated within the repair process.

In a mix of presentation, discussion, exercises and group work. It will become clear that most problems can be prevented. Trainees will follow the repair process of a vehicle step by step.

Participants will learn to:
• Define and analyze problems in order to prevent them.

• Analyse what causes the problem, when it happened in order to prevent future occurrence of these problems.
