This course is aimed at helping you to imporove your color matching skills through hands on practice. In these practical sessions, the theory is put into practice, as well as the application techniques that may influence color accuracy.  Also, in the course you will  go through the Ishihara color blindness test; used to check your ability to recognize different colors.

• Color difference analysis
• The color process
• Theory on colors (color perception)
• Color documentation
• Color tinting technique
• Solid, metallic and 2 coat pearl colors 

Participants will learn to:
• Determine if color tinting is necessary
• Explain the color process
• Use the color documentation in an effective way
• Achieve a good color match between the original car color and the repair paint using a minimum of time and materials
