TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Distributor and Bodyshop Promotions

1. The Promoter of this campaign is AkzoNobel Car Refinishes Australia Pty Ltd
   ABN 26 087 571 882 of 269 Williamstown Road, Port Melbourne VIC 3207.
2. Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
3. Entries not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
4. Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. The Promotional period commences at 8:30am AEST, 1 November2011 and concludes at 5:00pm AEST, 16 December2011.
6. Entries are open to AkzoNobel Distributors and their staff (for the Distributor Promotion) and the AkzoNobel Distributors’ customers (bodyshops) and their staff.
7. The Promotion entrant must be at least 18 years old and over.
8. AkzoNobel employees or directors are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
9. Distributor Promotion
   To be eligible for the Distributor Promotion, the Distributor must purchase at least 20 x Clearcoat Packs during the Promotional period to receive a 16GB Wi-Fi iPad 2 valued at $579 (choice of black or white subject to availability).
   Distributor Sales Staff Incentive
   To be eligible to receive the bonus $50 Coles Myer or $50 iTunes gift card, the Distributor Sales staff must sell at least 2 x Clearcoat Packs during the Promotional period.
10. Bodyshop Promotion
    To be eligible for the Bodyshop Promotion, the bodyshop must purchase at least 1 x Clearcoat Pack from the participating Distributor during the Promotional period to receive an official Vodafone McLaren Mercedes merchandise item of their choice (subject to availability).
    Bodyshop Staff SMS Bonus Offer
    The bonus SMS offer is exclusive to the bodyshop staff only. To be eligible to receive the free official Vodafone McLaren Mercedes cap, the staff member must SMS the word Sikkens, including their Full Name, Bodyshop Name, Bodyshop Address and Occupation. Only one cap per bodyshop staff for the period of the Promotion. Entrants sending incomplete details will be ineligible to receive the bonus offer. 
11. To be eligible for the Promotion, the Distributor Promotion Order and Redemption Forms and Bodyshop Promotion Redemption Forms must be completed in full by the Distributor and returned to AkzoNobel, either by fax to (03) 9644 1777 or email to marketing.australia@akzonobel.com
12. All Promotion bonus offers, including the 16GB Wi-Fi iPad 2 and Vodafone McLaren Mercedes merchandise will be subject to availability and a maximum of 15 working day delivery from the date of receipt of the Distributor Promotion Order and Redemption Forms and Bodyshop Promotion Redemption Forms at the AkzoNobel Port Melbourne Head Office.
13. In participating in the Promotion, the winner(s) agree to participate in a photo session and agree for their name(s) and any publicity photos to be used in any medium (including, without limitation to, the Internet), and in any reasonable manner AkzoNobel deems fit, without charge. 
14. All entries submitted, including personal details provided will be retained by AkzoNobel and may be used for future promotional purposes. 
15. The Promotion bonus offers are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 
16. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
17. Apple is not a sponsor of or a participant in the Promotion.
