“A distributor model is best suited for the New Zealand market and we are confident that the Otbury Group Ltd will be a key contributor to the growing distributor network across Australasia, said McFadries.”

The directors of the Otbury Group Ltd are Evan Thompson, Brian Chivers and Andrew Stoddart, all former senior managers of AkzoNobel Car Refinishes New Zealand.

“We believe this change will allow the Otbury Group greater flexibility to meet the needs of the dynamic New Zealand market,” said Thompson.

All employees of AkzoNobel Car Refinishes New Zealand have transferred to the Otbury Group Ltd.
